Finnish telecomms solutions provider Nokia announced on Monday (23 February) that it had entered into a cooperation agreement with the South Korean telecomms solutions provider Samsung Electronics Co Ltd in order to bring Push to talk over Cellular (PoC) technology to the mass market.
