Done very quickly, cheaply, and without as much care, quality, or finesse as is usually required. Hyphenated if used before a noun. It's a bit quick and dirty, but the strap should hold the barrier shut until we can bring it to the mechanics. You can tell they did a quick-and-dirty job designing the web page. It just looks unprofessional, to be honest.
