To make some space as cold as possible for an extended period of time, with the aim of forcing someone to admit that they are too cold, at which point they are deemed the loser. We decided to play freeze out to pass the time during the drive, cranking the air conditioning to full blast and opening all the windows as we drove through the icy winter night.
