slang Currently and regularly using birth-control pills (oral contraceptives that inhibit ovulation to prevent conception). A: "Why on worth wouldn't you use a condom, dude?" B: "She told me she was on the pill!" I tried going on the pill in college, but it really didn't agree with my body.
