Fairly or mostly good; satisfactory. (Used primarily in conversation.) A: "How's your new schedule this semester?" B: "Not too bad. I don't have any classes before 11 AM, so that's a win in my book!" John: "Hey, I haven't seen you in ages! How are things?" Dave: "Eh, not too bad. Just working away, so can't complain."
