An expression of general displeasure, discontentment, or dissatisfaction. The phrase was used in a 2000 television advertisement for Australia's Yellow Pages, becoming a common Australian expression due to the ad's popularity. For God's sake, they're going to raise the rates again this year! Not happy, Jan! A: "Sorry, boss. It's going to take a little longer to get this done than we thought." B: "Not happy, Jan."
