rude slang To express a prolonged, exaggerated, or unreasonable complaint or series of complains (about someone or something). (Modeled on the common phrase "pitch a fit.") You don't need to pitch a bitch every time something goes wrong—just figure out a way to fix it. It seems like every time we get together she just ends up pitching a bitch about Tom.
