meditate on (something)

To reflect on or think about something with calm, introspective contemplation. After the bankruptcy of my company, I took some time off to meditate on what went wrong. If you feel yourself becoming overwhelmed by stress or anxiety, take some time each day and meditate on the positive things in your life.
