1. To visit someone at some non-specific time in the future. Hey, you should drop round sometime and we can catch up. I'll be sure to drop round the next time I'm in town.
2. To come over briefly (to someone's location) in order to deliver someone or something. In this usage, a noun or pronoun can be used between "drop" and "round." I'll drop round the tools after lunch. I was planning on dropping the kids round at 2 o'clock or so. Is that all right?
