I'll be bound

old-fashioned I am or feel totally certain (of something). Mr. Wilkins would agree, I'll be bound, that such radical changes are necessary for the organization's survival. Where are those two boys of mine off to? Out to cause mischief, I'll be bound. You could learn something from the folks around here. I'll be bound that they know the value of a hard day's work a sight more than you do.
