Used to represent the idea that a client, customer, user, etc., will not be able to recognize or articulate their exact desires in technical details, but instead will need to have a product in front of them in order to see what they do or do not want. Primarily used in the tech industry. I know it's frustrating as a programmer, but you can't expect the end user to look at a bunch of tech jargon and tell you if they like it, right? That's just IKIWISI, man—you've got to give them something tangible to try out before they'll know how to talk about it.
