Am I the only one who thinks or experiences this? The phrase is sometimes used rhetorically. Is it me, or is it absolutely freezing in here? A: "Hey, is it me, or has John been acting really strange lately?" B: "You know, now that you mention it, he has seemed a bit off the last few days."
