If nothing else; if in any amount or degree; if at all. Often used to indicate a certain deviation, choice, or outcome that is contrary to that which was previously mentioned or suggested. I don't think we should be waiting for help to arrive—if anything, we need to keep moving. Thank you for the compliment, but if anything, I've put on weight lately!
