To have done something. This construction is mainly used for emphasis in short sentences that typically end with "too" or follow "too" with a verb. A: "You didn't brush your teeth like I asked you to." B: "I have too!" I have too asked Mom for permission, and if you don't believe me, you can ask her!

to have done something (despite anything to the contrary). (This is an emphatic way of affirming that something has happened.) Mother: You haven't made your bed. Bob: I have too! I have so turned in my paper! If you don't have it, you lost it!
