Describing an aesthetic that incorporates the clothing and accessories typically associated with studious or intellectual people (hence "geek") in a consciously fashionable way (hence "chic"). Often includes such items as glasses, blazers, cardigans, and knee-socks. I love your new tortoiseshell glasses and this whole geek-chic thing you've got going on. That cardigan with the elbow-patches? Very geek-chic.
