have a dog's chance
have a dog's chance
To have a very slim chance. This phrase is to describe something that is unlikely to happen. Considering you only studied for 10 minutes, you have a dog's chance of passing this test! I get really nervous when I present something to the boss, so I think I only have a dog's chance of impressing her today.
