slang Used especially in text messaging and online communications. Often spelled in lowercase letters.
1. An initialism of "good to go," meaning that one is ready or prepared (for something). Let me know when you're g2g, and I'll start the remote connection. I woke up pretty groggy, but one cup of coffee and I was G2G!
2. An initialism of "got to go," meaning that one must depart or leave a conversation. A: "Anyway, let me know what you think." B: "OK, will do. Sorry, g2g." G2G! C U tomorrow!
