1. slang A typically white, lower-class young male who tends to act in a tough or aggressive manner, have greased-back hair, be interested in cars or motorcycles, and be a member of a gang. The greaser subculture is typically associated with the United States in the 1950s. Whoa, Grandpa was a real greaser back in the day! Was this picture taken in his mechanic shop? Most kids today only know about greasers from reading "The Outsiders" in school.
2. offensive slang A derogatory term for a person of Italian or Latin American descent. As a poor Italian kid, I got called "greaser" a lot growing up.
