keepage

keepage

slang The retention of current customers. Used primarily within the healthcare industry, especially in juxtaposition to the "leakage" of customers. I am not denying that the acquisition of customers is incredibly important, but it won't matter a jot if we don't start focusing on keepage. Our consultancy works with healthcare providers of all sizes to turn patient leakage into patient keepage.
