charge (something) (up) to (something)
To pay for something from a specific account or category of funds. When you're traveling, just charge everything up to your company account. A: "Will I get reimbursed if I charge this plane ticket to my personal card?" B: "Just charge it to petty cash instead."

and charge something upto place the cost of something on the account of someone or a group. (Also without up.) I will have to charge this up to your account. Do you have to charge this to my account? Are you ready to charge up the total to my bill?
