One who believes and/or promotes the disproven claim that Barack Obama was born in Kenya, not the US, and therefore should have been ineligible to serve as US president, as per the requirements of the US Constitution. (Obama was actually born in Hawaii.) Birthers sure like to keep that Obama conspiracy theory alive, don't they?
