To repurchase something (from someone) that one has previously sold, lost, or given away. A noun or pronoun can be used between "buy" and "back." For the right price, I'm sure you'll be able to buy back your old house. Once the dealer realized how valuable that painting actually was, he immediately said he wanted to buy it back from me.
