Does (one) look like (something)?
A rhetorical question used to emphasize that something is not true about one. A: "What about Jeff? Would he be management material?" B: "Are you kidding? Does he look like he knows how to run an office?" A: "Do you know what's wrong with this car?" B: "I have no idea! Do I look like a mechanic to you?"
